This is the blog for the Pfam and Rfam projects which attempt to classify the protein and RNA sequence universe. We will be using the blog as a place to announce changes and releases of the databases and websites, as a forum for announcing important changes to the way that the projects work and as a means of discussing issues surrounding Xfam projects with our users.
